The Founder and CEO of Express Lien, Inc., Scott is a construction attorney practicing law in the states of Louisiana and Washington. Scott is the founder of the construction law practice, Wolfe Law Group.
In 2006, 2007 and 2008, he was named as one of New Orleans’ Top 50 Attorneys by New Orleans City Business Magazine. In 2008, he was recognized as an Innovator of the Year for the founding of Express Lien.

Jennifer Wolfe
Client Relations & Operations
Jennifer earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama in August 2008 and manages Express Lien’s client relations and operations department. Jennifer has previously worked as a marketer in the fashion and consulting industries. She is also a licensed insurance agent in Louisiana with experience writing general liability policies and bonds for contractors.
She handles all customer relationship matters with Express Lien, and markets the companies services through the web, emails and by directly speaking with clients.

Jane Wolfe
Vice President & Client Relations
Jane is the client relationship manager for Express Lien, Inc.. A seasoned business-woman, Jane was the mind behind the marketing of famous New Orleans businesses, Wagner’s Meat and Chicken Box. She also has experience in the construction industry, as the client relationship manager for Wolfman Construction (a Top 25 Private Contractor in New Orleans).
Jane works closely with Express Lien clients to help them with the management & ordering system.

Operations and Consultant
Scott G. Wolfe Sr. is a licensed commercial and residential general contractor in Louisiana, and founder of Wolfman Construction – one of the Top 25 Private Contractors in New Orleans. Outside the construction field, Scott Wolfe Sr. is an established entrepreneur as the founder of Wagner’s Meat and Chicken Box. Scott has been recognized by New Orleans Magazine as a Person to Watch, was listed in Gambit’s 40 Under 40 List, was an Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and was CEO of a company listed in Inc. Magazine’s Inner-City 100.
He has been certified as a construction expert in Louisiana state and federal courts, and is a Louisiana licensed insurance agent with experience writing general liability insurance policies for contractors.

Oscar Wolfe
Morale Officer
Born in the hills of Texas, Oscar became part of the Express Lien family in June 2006.
Today’s he’s a comfortable resident of the New Orleans office in the winter, and the Seattle office in the summer, and works hard to keep our staff, guests, clients and passersby smiling.
